Vcr With Digital Tuner Built In Does Anyone Know Of A VCR With A Digital ATSC Tuner Built In?

Does anyone know of a VCR with a digital ATSC tuner built in? - vcr with digital tuner built in

OK, the next compulsory transfer of digital television, I am looking for an affordable digital video recorder with built-in ATSC tuner, they are independent or VCR Combo VCR / DVD. (And please do not reply saying: "Get a TiVo as" may, for various reasons do not want). Thank you!

I saw several VCR / DVD player with ATSC tuners in all the usual suspects, Magnavox, Panasonic, Toshiba, etc. built. They sell them at Wal-Mart so you can probably find anywhere.

two thoughts
1. If you watch cable-TV, ATSC is not change. Make sure you have cable companies continue to the decoder with analog AV outputs, or TV3.

2. If you watch television outside air, you should obtain a refund of the $ 40 converter box to receive, and you get a converter. TV3 is the field or the analog AV outputs, which can be recorded with old equipment.

No, there is a video recorder, equipped in this way. VCR rarely used today, so I think you should be searching for a modern device.

I doubt you'll see a video with an ATSC tuner. I recommend you see a Blu-ray, if it is included in the price down.

I do not support Tivo, and recommends that you get a cheap computer with the disk to act as a Tivo, and you can save on DVD, that's why.

I think you're a little ahead of the curve for the type of device, you ask.
