I stand on the anniversary of my 5YR with my friend and we get a form for one night. I would like in a hotel overlooking the beach. I'm looking for:
Newport
Playa Del Ray
Redondo Beach
Huntington Beach
Santa Monica Pier
Does anyone know of hotels in Nice in this area? My price is $ 300 per night

Unfortunately, the response of others "mythed. Blanking runs in the order of $ 400 + per night. It is very difficult to find a hotel right on the beach below $ 300 per night. Especially in the summer.
The Portofino is very nice, especially the Redondo Harbor.
In Santa Monica, Loew's is closest to the range of $ 300, but depends on the season.
The Hyatt and Hilton have both veiws Beach Huntington Beach, about $ 300.
In Newport, try the Peninsula along the Bay. You can get a room under $ 300.

Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica. Is on my short list of romantic places overlooking the beach and nearby attractions. It's a really beautiful place, is just steps from the Santa Monica Pier and 3rd St. Promenade, where there are tons of things to do in the area. It is also literally on the water - you can feel and hear in your room.
