My best friend died in 2005 and his will to leave about half of his possessions, including an apartment in New York, his partner (call Jenny) and the other half to his mother. Her mother filed a complaint to the challenge and will try to receive a portion of the estate, was Jenny left. Jenny moved to the Philippines, where she was born. Jenny is very tired from all the legal issues and wants to put everything behind him. A lawyer who has been employed in New Jersey. I live in CT. He has offered recently to regulate the legal issues are here in the U.S. and things are resolved and Jenny agreed to trade me the authority on their behalf. I know this generic is available online, but I'm not sure what level of use, etc. Like I said, Jenny is in the Philippines, house and his former residence in New York, a lawyer in New Jersey, and I 'm TDM. Can anyone advise me? Thank you.

Yes, you do not need or want a POA generics in this case.

Everything else is with difficulty in this situation. POA generics in situations where everyone is on the same page, and there are no problems. (the wife signed a mortgage Whild husband is abroad, a fact which will not be transferred at a good time,) this kind of thing.
