I have 73 Nokia. I use my phone as a Bluetooth phone to the head of my PC. Is it possible?

Only if your phone is the headset profile in it. Not possible. Phones with a headset, headphones are not.
If you have a Bluetooth headset for your phone, you can also use it to your PC.
